Before paving: Be sure to inspect the product before paving
Look at the product packaging: qualified tiles are generally packaged in cartons (and other foreign products and processed products are usually not packaged in cartons, but are directly fixed with foam and rope). The name of the manufacturer, product name, trademark, specifications, size, grade, weight, color number and quantity should be printed on the packaging box. Special attention should be paid to whether the grade is the same as what was negotiated when purchasing, to prevent merchants from using first-class charging or qualified products, and whether the color numbers are the same. Generally, the same product and the same color number are pasted in the same space to prevent color difference (except for special effects for shaping).
Look at the appearance of the product: The national standard stipulates that the surface quality of the superior product should be vertically observed at least 95% of the surface without obvious defects from a distance of 0.8 meters. Of course, if this standard is followed, most products can meet the standard, but we mainly do not look at 95%., but to have no obvious defects. Check a few tiles at random from the packaging box to see if the surface of the product has the following defects: corrugations, spots, glaze bubbles, bumps, cracks, lack of glaze, etc. There is a tile trademark on the back of each tile to see if the bottom label matches, and no adhesives are allowed on the back and sides.
